Fifth Avenue Shoe Repair has rapidly become an icon in the Swedish fashion industry. With their sharp silhouettes, minimalism and odd solutions they received Elle's exclusive fashion price "Designer of the Year 2009".

Fifth Avenue Shoe Repair is now represented in, among others, Berlin, New York, and Amsterdam. As part of the international expansion they have now hired Panagora to design and deliver their new online store. Panagora has worked closely with designers from Fifth Avenue Shoe Repair to create the right feeling of the concept. The site contains many hidden features and well-planned flows in for instance the Shopping Cart and the fully dynamic checkout, with the focus on closure and good handling of customer data, based on country and language.

The online store is based on Panagora's new e-commerce system, Edge. A refined "bussiness to consumer" system with focus on easy shopping flows to customers online. The ability to create seamless integrations with other third-party systems allows Edge to be a powerful sales tool for webmasters and management. The underlying technical platform design is adapted to handle all types of design via template-based system in its own presentation layer. This makes the system very easy to expand and adapt.
